Before You Start
Your certificate is only available after your consult has been approved by a Doccy doctor. If your consult is still pending or under review, the certificate will not yet be accessible.

Steps
- Log in to your Doccy dashboard at doccy.com.au
- Navigate to your previous consults and select the relevant consult
- On the consult page, click "View Certificate"
- From the certificate page you can:
- Share the link directly with an employer or third party
- Download as PDF for your own records
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Likely cause |

| "View Certificate" button is not visible | Consult has not yet been approved |
